Realities in Transition (RiT2)

Realities in Transition pushes the boundaries of XR as an artistic medium while addressing key sectoral challenges such as distribution, sustainability, diversity and ecosystem development. Through a collaborative residency and mentoring programme, four international XR CAMPS, the creation of practical resources, and the development of a European XR network, the project equips cultural and creative professionals with the entrepreneurial and digital skills needed for economic sustainability. Partners include: Seconde Nature (FR), MEET (IT), LEV (ES), Dark Euphoria (FR), V2 Institute for Unstable Media (NL), Nova Iskra (RS), Beta Festival/Project Arts Centre (IE).
Over two and a half years each partner will facilitate a collaborative residency, in Ireland Beta has partnered with Project Arts Centre to deliver this programme and an open call will open in October with the residency taking place in 2027.
