Anne Marie Hickey

Anne Marie Hickey is a Dublin-based artist in her third year of Fine Art Media at NCAD.

After a successful career as a chartered accountant and two decades living in Barbados, she returned to Ireland to pursue her long-standing creative interests, particularly photography. Her practice explores how people situate themselves between memory, history, and an increasingly automated future shaped by Al. Known for her reliability, organisation, and calm problem-solving approach, Anne Marie excels in support roles that strengthen collaborative projects. This was evident during her recent internship with Beta Festival, where she contributed across coordination, photography, documentation, merchandise sourcing, and website maintenance.
