UNDERGROWTH

Details to be announced…

Tickets to be announced 9th October.

Date/Time: Saturday 21st Nov

UNDERGROWTH is an artist-led, immersive experience exploring the relationship between nature, technology and each other and what becomes possible when we create together.

For one evening Mystify curate a living environment of darkness, sound, light, organic structures and moving image. Visitors enter an evolving landscape of roots, branches, fabric and projected imagery, moving through different states of discovery, performance and collective play.

The experience unfolds around a central Tree of Life and a live modular synth performance, with sound, light and visuals responding to the environment and the people within it. Through movement, touch and interaction, visitors actively shape what happens around them. Their bodies, faces and actions become part of a constantly transforming visual world, creating connections between individual and collective experience.

At its heart, UNDERGROWTH asks what happens when we stop being passive spectators and become active participants in creating the world around us. Rather than presenting a fixed vision of the future, the work creates a space to experiment with new ways of connecting, collaborating and imagining what we could create together.

It is an invitation to step inside, interact, contribute and see what emerges.

Creator bio: Mystify is an artist-led creative community based in Dublin, designing immersive experiences, events, workshops and spaces for artists and audiences to connect, experiment and create together.

Built by and for artists, Mystify challenges traditional ideas of what art should be, pushing boundaries and creating space for new ways of thinking. We bring together multidisciplinary artists and creatives working across and beyond traditional mediums, creating experiences that are experimental, participatory and rooted in community.

We believe in community over competition, access over exclusivity, artists supporting artists, and process over outcome. No hierarchy, no ego, no gatekeeping. We create space to take risks, share skills, test ideas and break out of familiar ways of working, with audiences invited to become active participants instead of passive spectators.

Through our events and programmes, we’re building an ecosystem where people, practices and ideas collide, supporting each other to grow, challenge the status quo and imagine new ways of doing things.
